At ZELLBURY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your ZELLBURY account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost for valid returns.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
